Mian Ali Asad is a seasoned corporate andcommercial attorney with over 17 years of experience advising major domesticand international clients across the Oil & Gas, Construction,Manufacturing, and Telecommunications sectors. He has served as trusted counselboth in-house and in private practice.

Ali began his legal career with prominentlaw firms in Pakistan, including Ebrahim Hosain Advocates & CorporateCounsels, ABS & Co, and Irfan & Irfan, Attorneys-at-Law. In 2012,he established Asad & Asad, Attorneys-at-Law, which he continues tolead as Managing Partner.

Throughout his career, Ali has advisedC-suite executives of listed companies and large enterprises on a wide range ofcomplex corporate and commercial matters.
