Inge is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Technology Practice in the Middle East & Africa region. She is based in the United Arab Emirates. Prior to Korn Ferry, Inge has worked with another leadership and executive search firm, where she served as Partner for Technology and Professional Services in the Middle East.

Her career also includes co-founding Herculean Alliance, a specialist firm in employee engagement across 10 countries, and authoring Employee Engagement, What Else?, a book that helps business leaders up their engagement game through marketing-inspired strategies. Inge’s career reflects her commitment to people-centric solutions, combining 12 years of experience in corporate consulting, PR, sales, and marketing in tech firms such as Proximus and EDS (now DXC Technology), with another 12 years immersed in the startup and scale-up ecosystem.
Known for her advisory skills, she is passionate about projects that merge organizational culture, executive search, and leadership, helping organizations build robust, inclusive cultures and resilient leaders. A sought-after keynote speaker and a regular guest on DubaiEye, Inge frequently shares insights on topics including diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, as well as employee and customer engagement.

Inge brings extensive experience as a Board Member, having served on the boards of several organizations across Europe and the United Arab Emirates. As Vice-Chairwoman of the BeNeLux Business Council in Abu Dhabi and an Advisory Board member of Argentum Law, she is committed to advancing corporate governance, with a focus on increasing female representation at all levels. In 2024, Inge was recognized among the 50under50 Middle East and Africa by the Female Founders Institute and UN Women.

With a Master’s degree in Law (University of Leuven, Belgium, and LUISS, Italy) and a Bachelor’s degree in Slavic languages, she is multilingual, fluent in Dutch, French, English, German, and Italian, with additional proficiency in Spanish and Russian.
