Crystal is a New York qualified corporate advisor. Before joining Argentum Law, she has two  years of corporate “big law” experience in New York and London with Proskauer Rose LLP.

Over  her career, Crystal has advised private equity sponsors, private and public companies on a multitude of corporate/commercial matters, including M&As, minority and secondary investments, JVs, governance/compliance, and commercial transactions.

• Representing a leading company in RF filter design in the United States, in connection with its $295.7 million sale (via tender offer and merger) to a public Japanese manufacturer of electronic components.  
• Representing a U.K. specialized growth equity firm invested in transformative technologies for financial services in the acquisition of a U.S.-based self-regulated exchange with over 240 bank and non-bank members across the U.S.
• Representing a leading UK-based private equity investor in an acquisition of a U.S.-based SaaS company through a reverse triangular merger.
• Representing a leading UK-based private markets asset manager in a minority investment in a New York-based fintech company.
• Representing a leading UK-based private equity investor bidding via auction process on a European tech company with its majority operations in the U.S. and clients around the world.
• Representing a U.S. private lending company in its equity and debt financing of the acquisition of a healthcare innovation company by a fundless sponsor.
• Representing a leading global private equity firm in connection with its acquisition of a leading B2B information services company in the restaurant and consumer goods industry.
• Representing a U.S.-based VC (specializes in lifestyle brands and consumer products) in its portfolio companies strip sale in relation to a GP-led continuation fund.
• Representing a U.S. private equity firm in connection with its co-investment in a leading fast food restaurant chain.
• Representing a U.S. private equity firm in its $156.6 million sale of a leading operator of casual dining pizza restaurants, to the owner of one of the U.S.’s fastest growing premium fast-casual concepts brand.
• Researching world’s leading assets management companies’ ESG policies and SEC’s regulations on ESG disclosure and drafted an ESG white paper for University of Michigan Law School International Transactions Clinic.
